CARDS FRUIT NUTS AND SEEDS FLOWERING PLANTS TREES AND SHRUBS SCIENTIFIC ILLUSTRATIONS RHS GOLD 2010

These eight watercolour paintings were awarded a Gold medal at the RHS Malvern Spring Show in 2010. They depict species from John Grimshaw and Ross Bayton’s book ‘New Trees’. This book features most of the trees introduced to cultivation within the last thirty years and was for me - an avid dendrophile the perfect subject for this project.
